We want to ensure clarity on our policy: Refunds are not offered on any purchases. Please double-check your order before completing your transaction. If you have questions or concerns, feel free to contact us before finalizing your purchase.
Damages/Issues
Please thoroughly inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges because all items sold are limited. If you have need to exchange for a different size, contact us personally at schooldazeapparel901@gmail.com and we will review your request!
Refunds
Refunds are only given to damaged products, we ARE NOT responsible for any packages lost in the mail. You can always contact us for any return questions at schooldazeapparel901@gmail.com.
Exceptions
If you made a mistake while purchasing contact us at schooldazeapparel901@gmail.com and we will do our best to help. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Accepted Refunds
If your refund request is accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at schooldazeapparel901@gmail.com.
